At Enara, we are very aware of the enormous trust put in us by our Service Users, and their relatives and loved ones. We are committed to repaying that trust with the highest standards of care provision possible; and to achieve this goal, we have instilled these values throughout our company.

At Enara our services are designed around the Service User, upholding individual values. We believe that all people have the right to live in a way that maximises and maintains personal independence. If such an independent life involves a degree of risk which the Service User accepts, then Enara will respect such a wish and endeavour to support the individual wherever possible.

Our Service is focussed on the needs of local people and our service is centred on the Service User. Our mission is to provide a service that satisfies him/her, by learning what our Service Users want and regularly checking that we are still meeting their requirements.

We recognise that the needs of our Service Users change and we provide services that are planned and delivered in partnership developing new ways of working to support those needs.

At Enara we recognise the need for care to be delivered by a skilled, honest, conscientious and motivated workforce. We are committed to the recruitment and training of our staff in the delivery of care to a high standard.
