Enara is a private company which has been providing high quality domiciliary care since 1996. Our Statement of Purpose describes more fully the service we provide.

We provide a wide range of practical help and support to local people who, because of infirmity, illness or disability, require assistance in their own homes. At home, our Service Users can carry on as normal a life as possible, in dignity and surrounded by their own belongings.

We respect each Service User as an individual – everyone is encouraged to do as much for themselves as they can, and to make their own choices about how their care is delivered.

At Enara, we are committed to ensuring that the highest standard of care is achieved at all times; and we are proud to say we have an excellent reputation with our Service Users and their families, with Local Authorities and Social Service Departments, and with Care Regulators and Inspectorates. We are fully accredited; and continually monitor our service and train our staff to ensure that our high standards are maintained.

As part of this quality commitment, we get regular feedback from all our Service Users, through a Service Quality Questionnaire. The quotes at the bottom of this page and other pages on our Site come from our latest survey, and we hope typify the views of the vast majority of our Users.
